How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime via your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Moodiary AI.
Why is my AI response not appearing?
Make sure you have an active internet connection. Free users are limited to 3 AI responses per day. If you've reached the limit, you can upgrade to Basic or Premium for unlimited responses.
Is my data private?
Yes. All your journal entries are stored locally on your device. Only the text you write is sent to our AI provider to generate responses, and is never stored on our servers.
How do I restore my purchases?
Go to Settings inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases". You'll need to be signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Can I export my journal entries?
Yes, Premium subscribers can export all entries as a CSV file from the Settings menu.
Does Moodiary work offline?
You can write journal entries offline, but AI responses require an internet connection.

All Basic features plus no ads at all, Face ID lock, weekly AI analysis report, iCloud backup, CSV export, and custom themes.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
